Case Manager - benefits navigation (Wichita, KS)

Summit Fox Community Partners is a Wichita charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 774 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
