Case Manager - benefits navigation (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
