Case Manager - benefits navigation (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Beacon Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Wichita area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
