Case Manager - benefits navigation (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Wichita caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
