Case Manager - benefits navigation (Wichita, KS)

Bluepeak Thistle Community Partners is a Wichita charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
