Case Manager - benefits navigation (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Juniper Civic Services supports public agencies in Virginia Beach with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
