Case Manager - benefits navigation (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Timber Community Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
