Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova River Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
