Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tulsa, OK)

Lumen Vale Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Tulsa, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
