Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Granite Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Tulsa, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
