Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tulsa, OK)

Redstone North Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tulsa. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
