Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Birch Care Services supports families and individuals in Tucson with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for visit scheduling. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
