Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Ashton Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tucson. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
