Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Wren Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tampa, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
