Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Pike Property Management looks after rental homes across the Tampa area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
