Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Tampa caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
