Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Junction Community Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
