Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Umber Health and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
