Case Manager - benefits navigation (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Pine Community Partners Group is a St. Louis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
