Case Manager - benefits navigation (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Pike Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
