Case Manager - benefits navigation (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Iron Property Management is a St. Louis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
