Case Manager - benefits navigation (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Ashton Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around St. Louis, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
