Case Manager - benefits navigation (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Meridian Civic Services works with county and city offices around St. Louis. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 260 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
