Case Manager - benefits navigation (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Spokane with personal care and coordination, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
