Case Manager - benefits navigation (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Amber Community Partners is a Seattle charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
