Case Manager - benefits navigation (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Savannah, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
