What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
