Case Manager - benefits navigation (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
