Case Manager - benefits navigation (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cedar Civic Services Associates and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for public records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with public records.
