Case Manager - benefits navigation (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar River Community Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
