Ironwood Lantern Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
