Case Manager - benefits navigation (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the San Diego area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
