Case Manager - benefits navigation (San Diego, CA)

Westbrook Iron Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Diego area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
