Case Manager - benefits navigation (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Fox Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Diego. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
