Case Manager - benefits navigation (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Vista Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the San Diego area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
