Case Manager - benefits navigation (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Vista Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
