Case Manager - benefits navigation (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield West Civic Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
