Case Manager - benefits navigation (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lantern Property Management Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
