Case Manager - benefits navigation (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Basin Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Antonio. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for public records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
