Case Manager - benefits navigation (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
