Case Manager - benefits navigation (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Iron Property Management Group is a Salt Lake City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 925 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
