Case Manager - benefits navigation (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Cobalt Community Partners is a Salt Lake City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
