Case Manager - benefits navigation (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Sable Community Partners runs community programmes across Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
