Case Manager - benefits navigation (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Rowan Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Sacramento, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
