Case Manager - benefits navigation (Sacramento, CA)

Greenridge Forge Civic Services works with county and city offices around Sacramento. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
