Case Manager - benefits navigation (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Sacramento serving students and families, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 553 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
