Case Manager - benefits navigation (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Richmond serving students and families, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 592 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
