Case Manager - benefits navigation (Richmond, VA)

Bright Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Richmond serving students and families. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
