Case Manager - benefits navigation (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Granite Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Richmond. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
