Case Manager - benefits navigation (Reno, NV)

Nova Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Reno caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 927 people based in Reno. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
